Supporters heading to Ochiview on Friday night for the Jambos’ Premier Sports Cup Quarter-Final tie against Stenhousemuir should read the following information.
Kick-off is 19:45pm and turnstiles will be open from 18:30pm.
Tickets for this match have sold out. Entry is by pre-paid digital ticket only. No tickets will be on sale at the stadium and supporters without a ticket shouldn’t travel to Ochilview.
Disabled parking is located in the B&M car park and Tim Horton’s. Any other supporters parking in these areas will likely receive a fixed penalty ticket.
Additional parking for supporters is available at Ochilview Practice Medical Centre, Park Drive, FK5 3BB and Tryst Medical Practice, King Street, FK5 4HT. Parking at both locations is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Supporters buses are to drop off at the stadium, before parking in the Central Business Park, before returning to collect supporters from the initial drop off location.
Hearts supporters will be housed within the Tryst Road end of the stadium, which is standing only. Entry is via the first five turnstiles on Gladstone Road, opposite B&M.
Kiosks within the stadium accept both cash and card.
Searching is a condition of entry. Refusal to co-operate will result in entry being denied.
Supporters deemed to have consumed excess alcohol will be refused entry.
Fans are reminded not to attempt to bring any prohibited items into the stadium, including pyrotechnics which are inherently unstable and dangerous to the user and those in proximity.
Unacceptable conduct will result in ejection from the stadium and any supporter who has been ejected will face sanctions in accordance with our unacceptable conduct policy.
