Jambos Jackpot: The new, Official Hearts Lottery
24 February 2026The club is excited to launch Jambos Jackpot, the new Official Hearts Lottery.
Jambos Jackpot provides supporters over the age of 18 with the chance to win cash and money-can’t-buy club merchandise, all while supporting the Hearts Academy. All profits from the draws will be invested back into our Academy, ensuring the club’s future stars continue to benefit from access to the best possible facilities, coaching and support staff, helping to develop the next generation of Hearts First Team players.
The first Jambos Jackpot draw will take place on Saturday, 28th February, when we host Aberdeen and tickets are available to purchase here. Supporters at Tynecastle Park will be able to enjoy the draw on the big screens at half-time, the numbers and winners will also be shared across club channels and supporters will be alerted to the draw outcome via email.
How does it work?
· Jackpot of £5,100 for matching all four numbers (between 1 and 38)
· Two guaranteed winners every week, with £250 in cash and signed merchandise guaranteed to be won every draw.
· The draw will take place on a weekly, weekend matchday basis, however, it will also take place during the international break.
· The draw will not take place during the off season.
· Must be 18 or over to enter

HEART OF MIDLOTHIAN PLC LOTTERY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Promoter
The lottery is promoted by Heart of Midlothian plc, a company registered in Scotland with Company number SC005863 and having a registered address at Collins House, Rutland Square, Edinburgh, EH1 2AA (“the Promoter”).
The Promoter is registered with The City of Edinburgh Licensing Board as a Small Society Lottery under the Gambling Act 2005.

2. Purpose of the Lottery
The lottery is conducted to raise funds for the purposes of the Club, including but not limited to the development and support of its sporting activities.
At least 20% of the gross proceeds of each draw will be applied to the Club’s purposes in accordance with the Gambling Act 2005.
3. Eligibility
· Entry is open to persons aged 18 years or over resident in Great Britain (Scotland, England or Wales). A Player must not buy or claim to have bought a ticket on behalf of any other person.
- Proof of age may be required.
- Tickets may not be sold to anyone under 18.
- The Promoter reserves the right to refuse or cancel any entry.
4. Tickets and Entry
- Tickets cost £5 per entry per weekly draw and can be purchased online.
- Tickets are non-refundable except in the event of cancellation of the draw.
- No refunds will be given for any tickets under any circumstances unless the draw has been cancelled. An entry may not be cancelled once it has been made.
- The lottery operates based on the player selecting 4 numbers from a range of different numbers between 1 and 38.
- No number can be selected more than once.
- The option for ‘Quick Pick’ will allocate 4 computer-generated ‘lucky dip’ numbers to each entry.
- The player can choose their own numbers for each entry by clicking one of the circles and choosing from the list of numbers provided.
- Payment must be completed and verified by the online payment portal before the ticket is deemed valid.
- All payments must be made online. No arrangements can or will be made for any other form of payment.
- A player may buy tickets for multiple weeks by selecting the relevant online option for season 2025/26, the lottery will run from 24 February 2026 to 31 May 2026, therefore any multiple week option chosen may be for up to a maximum of 14 weeks. For SPFL season 2026/27 and each season thereafter during which the lottery is run, any multiple week option chosen may be for up to a maximum of 48 weeks (from 1 July to 31 May in each season).
- Players have an option to ‘Auto Renew’ ticket purchase in terms of which, after the previous lottery draw the Player will be automatically entered in to the next draw with payment being automatically be taken from the bank card details provided for the previous draw. A payment must be completed and verified by the online payment portal before any entry is deemed valid.
5. Draw Details
- The draw will be made every Saturday or Sunday during the Scottish Professional Football League season at a time and venue advertised after the previous week’s draw.
- The draw will be conducted fairly using a certified random number generator with four numbers chosen at random and input into the winning number grid.
- The result will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. Prizes
- Details of the prize structure/amount (e.g. fixed prizes or percentage of proceeds) will be published on the Club website and/or promotional materials.
- A jackpot of £5,100 will be available to win at all draws throughout the year (either to be claimed in full by one winner, or shared equally if there are multiple) to anyone who matches all 4 numbers in any given week.
- Guaranteed lucky dip prizes will be available each week, including a £250 cash prize, and an item of club merchandise which will update regularly throughout the year.
- Prizes are non-transferable.
7. Winner Notification and Publication
- The system will search the entries to confirm if there are any winning tickets.
- Winners will be notified by email (at the email address they have provided when purchasing the ticket) within 7 days of the draw.
- Winners may also be published on the Promoter’s website and/or social media.
- By entering, players agree to the publication of their name and winning numbers unless they request anonymity.
- If there are no winning entries (ie no player gets all 4 numbers correct in a single entry in the relevant draw), then no one wins the Jackpot prize for that week. If there are multiple winning entries then the prize jackpot shall be split equally between those players with winning entries.
- Following each draw, there will also be two entries drawn randomly by the online system random generator to win either a £250 lucky dip prize, or signed merchandise. The Promoter reserves the right to offer additional lucky dip prizes from time to time.
- After every draw, players will receive an email informing them if there is a Jackpot winner(s) and any other lucky dip winners via a link to the lottery platform to view the results. This email will also confirm the time and venue of the next week’s draw and the amount of the next week’s Jackpot prize.
- All winners will be notified by email. There is no need to claim. Winners will be asked to confirm their identity and provide bank details for transfer of their prize winnings and these will be paid in to their nominated bank account within 7 working days thereafter. If a winner does not respond within 3 months to provide the relevant details, then the unclaimed Jackpot monies may be used for future lottery prizes or Club funds.
8. Limits and Compliance
In accordance with Small Society Lottery regulations:
- Maximum ticket sales per draw will not exceed £20,000.
- Aggregate ticket sales in any calendar year will not exceed £250,000
9. Data Protection
Personal data will be processed in accordance with UK data protection law and used only for:
- Administration of the lottery
- Contacting winners
- Related communications from the Promoter (if consented)
Data may be shared with third party service providers engaged by the Promoter to provide the software and administration services necessary to run the lottery. Otherwise, data will not be shared with third parties except as required by law.
10. Cancellation or Amendment
The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions or cancel the lottery at any time for legal or operational reasons.
11. Complaints
Any complaints relating to the lottery should be made in writing to the Promoter at the address above.
If unresolved, complaints may be referred to the relevant local authority.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the lottery or these terms and conditions shall be governed in accordance with Scots law and the Promoter and the player submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish Courts.
