Ticket Collection Information: Benfica (A)

The Club can now confirm further information regarding a ticket collection point for supporters travelling to our Europa League Qualifier against Benfica.

As previously communicated, all tickets are to be collected in Lisbon by supporters, with a form of identification (lead booker only) and the details for this are as follows.

The collection point is at Mama Shelter Lisbon and will be manned by members of the Hearts Ticket Office. Collections will be available from 11am until 3pm on matchday.

The location is accessible from the centre on foot, by Bus, Tram and Underground with ‘Rato’ the departure stop for modes of public transport.
