The Club is delighted to announce the signing of Ebonie Locke, who joins on a short-term loan deal from Birmingham City, subject to Scottish FA approval and international clearance.
The full-back joins the Jambos on the back of a loan spell at Derby County in the second half of last season.
Having joined the Blues academy at u10s level, Ebonie progressed through the ranks and after impressing for the U21s, signed her first professional contract at St Andrew’s last summer, before making the move to the Rams in January.
Prior to that, Locke made her debut in the League Cup again Leicester, before joining the National League North side, where she made ten appearances, scoring once.
Now the teenager makes the move to Gorgie as Andy Thomson’s side gear up for their UEFA Champions League Qualifier against FC Gintra in Denmark on Wednesday, in which Locke could make her debut.
