A message to supporters

13 May 2026

Falkirk’s visit to Tynecastle Park on this evening marks Heart of Midlothian’s final home game of season 2025/26.

It has been an exciting and memorable season, with the potential to be historic, and there can be no doubting the huge part our magnificent supporters have played throughout the entire campaign.

The backing of the fans has been supreme, be it at home or on the road, and everyone at Hearts extends their thanks for your support. It is not, and will never be, taken for granted.

In keeping with traditions old, at full time the first team squad will perform a lap of honour around the pitch. As always, this is as much for the team to say thank you to the stands as it is for the fans to be closer to the team.

Given the various scenarios that could play out, this has the potential to be an emotional moment. We therefore implore supporters not to make any attempts to enter the pitch. We encourage fans to make it a night to remember – as they have done all season – for all the right reasons, because everyone in maroon deserves it.

In keeping with traditions new, Colin Chisholm will perform another rousing rendition of the Hearts Song as the team make their way onto the pitch against a backdrop of flames and controlled pyrotechnics. We hope this will, once again, set the tone for what is to come in the 90 minutes following.

Supporters should be aware that road closures may be in place in the surrounding areas of the stadium come full time, from Robertson Avenue to McLeod Street. An in-stadium announcement will be made if that is the case.

Once again, thank you and we look forward to welcoming you back to Gorgie for the last time this season.
