Tickets for our UEFA Conference League, league phase match away to Trabzonspor will go on sale on Thursday at 10am to supporters with 84+ loyalty points.
We have been allocated just over 2,000 tickets for this match and tickets are priced at £16 per ticket.

Please note, that we will only issue tickets to supporters that provide this information and the information must match the account used to purchase the ticket (both lead booker and assigned tickets).
This is at the request of the Turkish Police, and the club is required to share this information. This is a condition of ticket distribution, so supporters who do not wish to do this, should not buy a ticket.
The club will receive the tickets seven days before the match, after which, these will be distributed to the lead client via email as PDF tickets.
5 loyalty points will be allocated for this fixture and only supporters whose tickets have been scanned will be allocated points. Any supporters found to be buying tickets and not attending matches will be subject to account sanctions.

The majority of hotels and cafes within the area are alcohol free, however there are some establishments which do serve alcohol.
During a site visit to Trabzon, the Barikat Cafe Bar informed us that they would welcome Hearts fans, particularly on MD-1 and MD. This is located in the town centre and has a sizable indoor area that also serves alcohol.
We expect that this location will be close to the designated meeting point for supporters’ shuttle buses on matchday, which will take them to and from the stadium. Please be mindful of the guidance re public displays of intoxication and consumption of alcohol when using these to travel to the game.
