14 May 2024

Supporters traveling to Paisley on Wednesday for Hearts’ cinch Premiership match against St Mirren should read the following information.

Tickets remain on sale from the Hearts Ticket Office. Open 9-5 Wednesday.

Turnstiles will open at 6:45pm. Supporters are encouraged to arrive early to avoid any congestion at the turnstiles.

For supporters travelling by car, parking is in public streets around the stadium. Supporters are reminded to respect local residents’ property and environment.

Supporters should be aware of average speed cameras (40mph) from Govan to the Abbotsinch turn off on the M8.

For supporters travelling via train, St. James’ railway station is directly across from the away North end of the SMiSA stadium and is a 2-minute train journey from Paisley Gilmour Street, on the main line from Glasgow.

Gilmour Street station is in County Square in the town centre where most pubs and restaurants are located. Walking to the stadium from the town takes approximately 20 minutes but there is also a taxi rank in County Square.

The stadium is located just off St. James roundabout on the M8. Please be aware of low bridges surrounding the stadium on Greenhill Road, Murray Street and Underwood Road. Hearts fans should enter the North Stand via the first gate on Ferguslie Park Avenue.

Stadium rules

The SMiSA Stadium is strictly a no smoking and vaping stadium.

Four turnstiles will be open to enter the stadium and two catering kiosks will be available inside the North Stand. The kiosks accept both cash and card.

Tickets are for an allocated seat and supporters should sit in the seat shown on their ticket.

Searching is a condition of entry and refusal to cooperate will result in entry being denied. Any supporter deemed to have consumed excess alcohol will be refused entry.

Fans are reminded not to attempt to bring any prohibited items into the stadium, including pyrotechnics which are inherently unstable and dangerous to the user and those in proximity.

Unacceptable conduct will result in ejection from the stadium and any supporter who has been ejected will face sanctions in accordance with our unacceptable conduct policy.

Flags should be within regulations and must have a fire certificate. No offensive or political flags will be allowed, and no flags will be allowed to cover advertising boards within the stadium. Flags can be placed at the rear of the away stand and the stewards will facilitate this.
