Supporter Information: Hearts vs Rosenborg

Supporters attending Thursday’s UEFA Europa Conference League second leg match against Rosenborg should read the following information.


Key Info

Tickets: A very small number of tickets remain on sale for the match and are available via eTickets

Kick-off: 7:45pm

Turnstiles open: 6:45pm

Ticket Office hours: 10am until kick-off - please get here early to avoid collection queues!

Clubstore hours: 9am until kick-off

Eighteen74 Bar (Main Stand): Open from 5pm to match ticket holders.

TV: Live in select countries on Hearts TV International, audio commentary inside UK & Ireland. Live on BBC Scotland.




A small number of tickets remain on sale and are available to purchase on the following link.


Fans who have still to collect paid for tickets from the Ticket Office are encouraged to do so as early as possible so as to avoid queuing.  


Stadium Rules 


Searching is a condition of entry and refusal to cooperate will result in refused entry. Anyone deemed to have consumed excessive amounts of alcohol will be refused entry.


Supporters are reminded not to attempt to bring any prohibited items into the stadium, including pyrotechnics. Pyrotechnics are inherently unstable and dangerous to the user and those in proximity.


UEFA operate strict liability and regrettably, there were incidents in our UECL matches last season which resulted in the club being fined.


Fans are reminded to not engage in such activities as it will lead to further sanctions against the club and any supporter involved in this type of activity will be the subject of investigation.


Unacceptable conduct will result in ejection from the stadium and any supporter who has been ejected will face sanctions in accordance with our unacceptable conduct policy.

TV coverage: 

Hearts TV subscribers outside of the UK & Ireland, Norway, USA, Poland, Hong Kong and Macao, can tune in from 19.30 UK time to be guided through proceedings by Laurie Dunsire and Jimmy Sandison.


Live audio commentary from Laurie and Jimmy is available inside the UK & Ireland.


BBC Scotland will have live domestic television coverage of the match, also starting at 19.30 UK time.



Eighteen74 Bar

The Eighteen74 Bar will be open from 5pm for match ticket holders.


Stadium Kiosks

Kiosks will be open throughout the stadium, please note kiosks only accept card payments.
