03 November 2023

Supporters travelling to Hampden Park on Sunday for Hearts’ Viaplay Cup semi-final against Rangers should read the following information.

Tickets

There will be no tickets on sale at Hampden Park. Tickets must be purchased in advance from the Hearts Ticket Office or online at Hearts e Tickets.

Supporters without a ticket should not travel to Hampden Park.

Entry to the stadium and stadium rules

Enhanced searching will be in place at the turnstiles and we ask supporters to please cooperate with stewards and police.

Additional measures to detect pyrotechnics and other illegal items will be in place, so please allow extra time for entry to the stadium.

Pyrotechnic detection dogs and handlers will be on duty at the game. Any person caught in possession of any pyrotechnics either entering the ground or within the stadium seating decks will face an indefinite ban from the club and could also face criminal proceedings.

Please be aware of the recently enacted law regarding pyrotechnics. (fireworks and pyrotechnic articles (Scotland act 2022).

It is an offence for a person, without reasonable excuse, to possess a pyrotechnic article while the person is in a public area or at a designated venue or event.

Anyone found in possession of prohibited items could be subject to criminal proceedings and a Football Banning Order. They will also face sanctions in accordance with our unacceptable conduct policy.

Any damage caused to the national stadium by supporters will be billed back to the club concerned so please respect the stadium and refrain from causing any damage.

We can't wait to see Hampden in a sea of maroon and thank our supporters for their tremendous backing, however we must reiterate our wishes to focus on the sea of maroon as opposed to negative issues such as pyrotechnics.
