Supporter Information: Hearts vs Hibernian

Supporters attending the Edinburgh derby at Tynecastle Park on Saturday should read the following information.

Tickets: Sold Out- Ticket exchange open to Roseburn Stand season ticket holders until 12:30pm Saturday.

Kick-off: 3pm

Turnstiles open: 2pm

Ticket Office hours: 9am until kick-off-then reopening for approximately 1 hour after FT. Please get here early to avoid collection queues!

Clubstore hours: Open 9am-6pm

Eighteen74 Bar (Main Stand): Open from 12pm to match ticket holders

Tickets

Tickets for this match are sold out.

 

Ticket exchange is open for Roseburn Stand season ticket holders until 12:30pm Saturday. 

 

Fans who have still to collect paid for tickets from The Ticket Office are encouraged to do so as early as possible so as to avoid queuing.  

 

Turnstiles will open at 2pm. 

 

Supporters are encouraged to arrive early so as to avoid queuing and help ease the flow of people into the stadium.

 

Home supporters are reminded that they can enter via the Wheatfield and Gorgie Stand turnstiles regardless of which of these two stands they are seated in.

 

All turnstiles have been upgraded. The unmanned turnstiles now feature a front-facing reader that is compatible with season ticket cards, match tickets, and scanning digital tickets via your smartphone/electronic device. Simply hold your season card/ticket in front of the reader to scan the QR code/barcode, wait for the go-ahead and push your way through the turnstile. 

 

Searching is a condition of entry and refusal to cooperate will result in refused entry.

 

Anyone deemed to have consumed excessive amounts of alcohol will be refused entry, and supporters are reminded not to attempt to bring any prohibited items into the stadium, including pyrotechnics.

 

Unacceptable conduct will result in ejection from the stadium and any supporter who has been ejected will face sanctions in accordance with our unacceptable conduct policy.

 

Supporters are reminded to report any issues during the match to our fan reporting service number- 07467 918874. 

 

A mobile barrier will be in place before and after the match, this barrier is in place to ensure that the crowd can safely enter and exit the stadium. It will be removed as soon as it is safe to do so and we thank supporters in advance for their cooperation.

 

Eighteen74 Bar

The Eighteen74 Bar will be open from 12pm for match ticket holders.

 

Stadium Kiosks

Kiosks will be open throughout the stadium, please note kiosks only accept card payments. 

 

Match Programme

The official match programme will be on sale outside the ground and in the Clubstore.
