Supporter Information: Hearts vs Dundee

Supporters attending Hearts’ cinch Premiership match against Dundee this evening should read the following information.

 

As things stand, we expect tonight's game to go ahead. We will continue to closely monitor the situation throughout the day. Supporters making the journey to Tynecastle Park should allow extra time for travel and closely follow the advice of the Scottish Government and Transport Scotland. Please note that Scotrail has suspended its services from 7pm this evening.

Tickets: Tickets remain on sale online and in person from the Hearts Ticket Office. 

 

Kick-off: 7:45pm

 

Turnstiles open: 6:45pm

 

Ticket Office hours: 10am until kick-off. Please get here early to avoid collection queues!

 

Clubstore hours: Open from 10am until kick-off.

 

Eighteen74 Bar (Main Stand): Open from 5pm to match ticket holders.

 

TV: Live on Hearts TV International or Hearts TV PPV for those inside the UK and Ire. 

 

Tickets

Tickets are available online and in person from the Hearts Ticket Office. 

 

We are expecting The Ticket Office to be extremely busy before the game, so supporters collecting tickets are encouraged to do so as early as possible so as to avoid queuing.  

 

Turnstiles will open at 6:45pm. 

 

Supporters are encouraged to arrive early so as to avoid queuing and help ease the flow of people into the stadium.

 

Home supporters are reminded that they can enter via the Wheatfield and Gorgie Stand turnstiles regardless of which of these two stands they are seated in.

 

All turnstiles have been upgraded. The unmanned turnstiles now feature a front-facing reader that is compatible with season ticket cards, match tickets, and scanning digital tickets via your smartphone/electronic device. Simply hold your season card/ticket in front of the reader to scan the QR code/barcode, wait for the go-ahead and push your way through the turnstile. 

 

Searching is a condition of entry and refusal to cooperate will result in refused entry.

 

Anyone deemed to have consumed excessive amounts of alcohol will be refused entry, and supporters are reminded not to attempt to bring any prohibited items into the stadium, including pyrotechnics.

 

Unacceptable conduct will result in ejection from the stadium and any supporter who has been ejected will face sanctions in accordance with our unacceptable conduct policy.

  

Eighteen74 Bar

The Eighteen74 Bar will be open from 5pm for match ticket holders.

 

Stadium Kiosks

Kiosks will be open throughout the stadium, please note kiosks only accept card payments. 

 

Match Programme

The official match programme will be on sale outside the ground and in the Clubstore.

The matchday programme is also available to purchase online. 

 

TV

Hearts TV International Fans subscribers can watch the match live from 7:15pm UK time by tuning in to join Robert Borthwick and Gary Wales from the studio, with commentary coming from Laurie Dunsire and Jimmy Sandison.
