More than 2,000 Jambos will back the boys in maroon at the Stadio Artemio Franchi on Thursday night as Robbie Neilson’s side continues their Europa Conference League journey.

Everyone at Hearts is eagerly anticipating a huge European night on foreign soil and we want our tremendous supporters to have the best trip possible, in the safest manner possible.

Our entire allocation of tickets for this match has sold out and the club will not receive any further tickets. Fiorentina have requested, at the behest of their local public safety authority, that anyone who does not have a match ticket should not travel to Florence.

On the day of the game there will be a meeting point for supporters at Piazza Santa Croce in the city centre (click here for exact location) where free shuttle buses will take them to the stadium. Fiorentina advise that is it not possible to travel to the stadium on foot or in large groups, and use of these buses is highly recommended.

To access the stadium, supporters should have a valid away end ticket and their passport. The name on your match ticket needs to match exactly the name on your passport. This is a legal requirement from the Italian Government and no exceptions will be made. A digital version of your match ticket can be produced, however, fans may wish to print out a paper version to take with them as a back up.

Searching may be a condition of entry and refusal to cooperate will result in entry being denied. Anyone deemed to have consumed excessive amounts of alcohol will be refused entry, and supporters are reminded not to attempt to bring any prohibited items into the stadium, including pyrotechnics which are inherently unstable and dangerous to the user and those in proximity. Unacceptable conduct will result in ejection from the stadium.

Hearts travel stewards will be in operation in the away end of the stadium and supporters are encouraged to approach them should any issues arise.

The club has prepared a travel guide for fans making the trip to Florence. It can be accessed by clicking here.

The club thanks the fans for their continued support, and we hope that everyone travelling to Italy has a memorable and safe trip.
