Supporter Information: Dundee United (H)

Supporters attending Hearts’ Premiership match against Dundee United on Sunday should read the following information.  

 

Key Info

 

·       Kick-off: 3pm

·       Turnstiles open: 2pm

·       Ticket Office hours: 10am-KO – then reopening briefly at FT. Ticket Exchange open until 2pm

·       Clubstore hours: Open from 10am-KO-then reopening at FT until 6pm

·       Tynie Shop hours (Wheatfield Stand): pre-match & half-time

·       Eighteen74 Bar (Main Stand): Open from 12pm to match ticket holders - closes at 9pm

·       TV: Live on Hearts TV International

 

Remembrance

 

This fixture marks the club’s Annual Remembrance fixture.

 

  • Poppy Scotland volunteers will be present on the Foundation Plaza accepting cash donations.
  • From 2:15pm, Tynecastle Youth Community Pipe Band will play on the Plaza.
  • Prior to kick-off, wreaths will be laid in the centre circle, Pipe Major Conner Pratt will play Flowers o’ the Forest and a minute's silence will be observed.

 

We kindly ask supporters to be in their seats prior to this. 

 

Tickets

 

Sunday’s match is sold-out; however the Ticket Exchange is open until 2pm on Sunday.

We are expecting the Ticket Office to be very busy, and supporters are encouraged to arrive in plenty of time to collect tickets and to enter the stadium to allow for any delays or issues to be resolved. 

 

Searching is a condition of entry and refusal to cooperate will result in refused entry.

 

Anyone deemed to have consumed excessive amounts of alcohol will be refused entry, and supporters are reminded not to attempt to bring any prohibited items into the stadium, including pyrotechnics.

 

Unacceptable conduct will result in ejection from the stadium and any supporter who has been ejected will face sanctions in accordance with our unacceptable conduct policy.

 

Post-match, supporters are reminded not to gather on Wheatfield Street as players will no longer be stopping upon exiting the stadium due to health and safety concerns. 

 

 The Tynie Shop 

  

Located in the Wheatfield Stand, our pop-up shop will be open pre-match and at half-time for supporters to purchase tops, scarves and other matchday essentials. The shop accepts card payment only. 

 

The first five customers that say 𝗦𝗛𝗔𝗡𝗞𝗦 at the till whilst making their purchase will win a Lawrence Shankland signed captain's armband.

 

 

Eighteen74 Bar

 

The Eighteen74 Bar will be open from 12pm for match ticket holders. 

 

Stadium Kiosks

 

Kiosks will be open throughout the stadium, please note kiosks only accept card payments.
