Supporter Information: Copenhagen (A)
11 December 2024Supporters heading to Parken Stadium on Thursday for Hearts’ UEFA Conference League match against FC Copenhagen should read the following information.
Pre-match-
Two free-to-board trains will depart Copenhagen Central Station (København H) around 16:30 to transport Hearts supporters to the stadium on matchday.
The short train journey will stop at Svanemollen, where fans should depart and walk the remainder of the route to the stadium, arriving around 17:30.
It will be exactly the same route back in reverse after the match. There is no planned hold back for Hearts supporters inside the stadium at FT.
Each train has a capacity of 1,800 and the club strongly advises supporters to take advantage of this option and arrive early to ensure they do not miss kick-off.
Turnstiles open at 16:45 local time- two hours before kick-off- and supporters are encouraged to arrive in plenty of time to ease the flow of fans entering the stadium.
Searching is a condition of entry and refusal to co-operate will result in entry being denied. In Denmark, balaclavas are illegal. If supporters are found in possession of one, they will be given a £150 fine.
Alcohol is on sale within the stadium, however, supporters deemed to have consumed excess alcohol will be refused entry.
Fans are reminded not to attempt to bring any prohibited items into the stadium, including pyrotechnics which are inherently unstable and dangerous to the user and those in proximity.
Unacceptable conduct will result in ejection from the stadium and any supporter who has been ejected will face sanctions in accordance with our unacceptable conduct policy.
The club is extremely proud of the magnificent backing it continues to receive, both domestically and in Europe, however, we must remind supporters that they are representing the club on the European stage and to behave in a manner that reflects our large fanbase.
Tickets-
Supporters are reminded to make sure they have their tickets in their possession prior to travelling and to check their email spam folders if struggling to locate the email confirmation.
Tickets are no longer on sale, but supporters can contact the Ticket Office on tickets@homplc.co.uk for any last-minute problems.
