Supporter Information: Airdrieonians vs Hearts

Supporters travelling to the Excelsior Stadium on Sunday for Hearts’ Scottish Cup Fifth Round tie against Airdrieonians should read the following information.

 

The Ticket Office is open until 5pm on Saturday for supporters who have not yet collected their tickets. It will be closed on Sunday. 

 

Tickets are for an allocated seat and supporters should sit in the seat shown on their ticket.

 

Turnstiles will be open from 3:30pm. 

 

Kiosks accept cash or card, with card/contactless payments preferred for ease and speed. 

 

There are no public bar facilities at Excelsior Stadium on the day of the match.

 

Parking will be made available for supporters’ coaches. This will be charged at £10.00 per coach and coaches will be parked under stewards’ directions in the South East car park off Petersburn Road. Once full, coaches will need to park on Varnsforf Way off Petersburn Road.

 

There will be no car parking within the Stadium car parks. Car parking will be available on Minch Way off Petersburn Road.

  

Searching is a condition of entry and refusal to cooperate will result in entry being denied. Supporters deemed to have consumed excess alcohol will be refused entry.

 

Fans are reminded not to attempt to bring any prohibited items into the stadium, including pyrotechnics which are inherently unstable and dangerous to the user and those in proximity.

 

Supporters are reminded not to throw pyrotechnics or indeed any other articles towards the pitch. Any damage caused by Hearts supporters to the pitch or anywhere else in the stadium will result in costs to our club as well as other sanctions. 

 

Excelsior Stadium is a fully non-smoking stadium and anyone breaching this rule will be ejected, Excelsior Stadium does not operate a system of pass-outs for smokers.

 

 

Unacceptable conduct will result in ejection from the stadium and any supporter who has been ejected will face sanctions in accordance with our unacceptable conduct policy.
