21 November 2025Supporters heading to Pittodrie on Sunday for Hearts’ William Hill Premiership match against Aberdeen should read the following information.
Hearts’ allocation for this match has sold out and no tickets will be on sale at the stadium.
Turnstiles will open at 2pm. Hearts supporters will enter via turnstiles 42-51, with access from South Stand walkway, where there are new gates and barriers to facilitate a safe and controlled entry to the stadium.
Kiosks within the stadium accept both cash and card.
There is no car parking at the stadium for away supporters, this includes Blue Badge holders unless pre-booked via the DAO (limited spaces available).
Supporters buses should park buses on the top West side of the Golf Road car park. On no account should away supporter buses drop off any passengers anywhere around the stadium other than within the Golf Road car park unless they drop off in town and arrive empty. Entrance to Golf Road car park is via Golf Road, next to Richard Donald Stand -no access via South Walkway
Away buses will only be admitted into the car park 60 minutes before kick-off (unless they are empty). Away support should not offload on Park Road or Golf Road.
Searching is a condition of entry, and no face coverings are permitted. Refusal to co-operate will result in entry being denied.
Supporters deemed to have consumed excess alcohol will be refused entry.
Fans are reminded not to attempt to bring any prohibited items into the stadium, including pyrotechnics which are inherently unstable and dangerous to the user and those in proximity.
Unacceptable conduct will result in ejection from the stadium and any supporter who has been ejected will face sanctions in accordance with our unacceptable conduct policy.
