Lawrence Shankland has capped off a successful month by landing the cinch Premiership Player of the Month award for November.
The Jambos’ skipper makes it a double whammy, with head coach Steven Naismith yesterday picking up the Scottish Premiership Glen’s Manager of the Month award.
Striker Lawrence hit a rich vein of form last month, bagging four league goals as the Jam Tarts racked up three straight wins, with last Saturday’s win over Kimarnock – featuring a Lawrence-inspired goal – taking the boys in maroon up to third in the table.
Lawrence’s domestic success was carried onto the international scene too, when he came on to score a last-gasp equaliser for Scotland in Georgia.
His record for the season now stands at 11 goals in maroon and 39 overall since joining the club last summer.
