12 July 2024INVITATION TO ALL SUPPORTERS AND FAMILIES TO JOIN HISTORIC MARCH IN HONOUR OF THE CLUB’S 150TH ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATIONS.
Heart of Midlothian is delighted to announce our historic procession from Haymarket Memorial to Tynecastle Park!
As we continue to celebrate the club’s 150th anniversary, this spectacular parade in advance of the preseason friendly between Hearts and Leyton Orient, is an unmissable event for Hearts fans of all ages.
150 pipers and drummers will lead supporters of both teams on a march up the “Maroon Mile”. In addition to the massed pipes and drums, the 17th Pals' Battalion Band will also play along the route.
Drum Major, Mike Lindsay, will lead the bands past the Club’s Memorial at Haymarket, stopping to salute the Monument. Club officials and dignitaries will file in behind the bands, followed by supporters.
An impressive selection of bands will perform on the Plaza, including the Tynecastle High Pipe Band with their special rendition of the ‘Hearts Song’.
Supporters can expect a feast of football on the pitch as we unveil the incredible array of new Hearts players who are making their home debut!

Tickets for the match are priced at only £10 and £5 for kids and concessions and can be booked here. Supporters are asked to gather in Morrison Street from 12:45pm for the beginning of the procession.
