Landry Kabore has been named in Burkina Faso’s Africa Cup of Nations squad.
The Jambos forward will head to Morocco for Africa’s biggest tournament, following in the footsteps of former Hearts midfielder Arnaud Djoum who won AFCON with Cameroon back in 2017.
Landry has been in a rich vein of form for his country in recent months, bagging back-to-back hat-tricks across October and November.
Burkina Faso open their AFCON campaign against Equatorial Guinea on December 24th before facing Algeria four days later. Their final group game comes on December 31st against Sudan.
