The Club is delighted to announce the return of central midfielder Jenny Smith, who joins the club on an initial one-year deal.
A Hearts Academy graduate, Smith spent six years at Hearts and racked up over 100 appearances, before joining Celtic in the summer of 2023.
Traditionally a winger during her time in maroon, Smith has developed in Glasgow, being deployed more in a central midfield role.
Since leaving the Jambos, Smith received her first full Scotland cap against The Netherlands and has featured in the UEFA Women’s Champions League for Celtic.
A more experienced and mature player, the 23-year-old now returns home to the Jambos and becomes new head coach Andy Thompson’s first summer signing.
