Introducing the First Hearts Heritage Day!

This is our story and this September, we’re celebrating it together.

The inaugural Heritage Day takes place alongside the usual matchday activity, bringing a fun and informative experience to Jambos both in the stadium and at home.

The day marks a special milestone: ten years since the Hearts Museum first opened its doors on the 23rd of September 2016.

Since then, Hearts Heritage has spent a decade researching, preserving and sharing the Club’s history. Heritage Day will shine a light on the work of the Heritage team, the Club Museum and everyone who has been part of the story so far.

Head of Heritage Lianne Parry said: “We’re proud to celebrate Hearts Heritage and the Museum at Tynecastle. For ten years, we’ve preserved and shared the stories, people and moments that make this Club special and we’re excited to inspire the next generation of Jambos to discover them.”

We hope to see Jambos get behind our fundraising for essential conservation work, helping protect the collection for generations of fans to come.

Fans of all ages can get involved: try our giant jigsaw on the Plaza before the match, chat to our volunteers about how you can support Hearts Heritage, and look out for giveaways on the day. Whether you’ve followed Hearts for a lifetime or you’re just getting to know the Club’s story, there’ll be something for everyone.
