Kye Rowles and Nathaniel Atkinson will represent the Socceroos in the upcoming Asian Cup which gets underway on January, 12th.
The Aussies, who triumphed in the competition in 2015, have been placed in Group B alongside Uzbekistan, Syria and India and after being eliminated at the quarter-final stage in 2019, they will be hopeful of going all the way to the final, which will take place on Saturday, February 10th at the Lusail Stadium.
Before the tournament gets underway, Australia will take on Bahrain in a friendly on Saturday, January 6th, before their opening group game against India one week later in Al Rayyan.
Next up, the Socceroos will travel to Doha where they will face Syria on Thursday, January 18th, before closing out their group against Uzbekistan, five days later, in Al Wakrah.
All of Australia’s group stage matches will kick-off at 11:30am UK time.
