Craig Gordon and Lawrence Shankland have been named in the latest Scotland squad.
The Jambos duo will be part of Steve Clarke’s side for the upcoming World Cup qualifying matches against Greece and Denmark.
Craig has recently returned to full fitness to once again be part of Derek McInnes’ matchday squads, appearing on the bench in Hearts’ last five matches.
Skipper Lawrence has enjoyed a stunning start to the season, bagging 10 goals in 15 appearances across all competitions and was named October’s Premiership Player of the Month.
Scotland travel to Greece on Saturday, November 15th before hosting Denmark three days later. A play-off spot for the World Cup has already been secured but the opportunity to win Group C and automatic qualification remains should Scotland avoid defeat in Greece and win against Denmark.
