An Evening With Robbo and Mackay
29 February 2024Our year of 150th Anniversary celebration continues as we bring two incredible Hearts legends together for an unforgettable evening of reminiscing about their prolific careers with the club.
All-time appearance holder, Gary Mackay shares the stage with all-time leading league goal scorer, John Robertson in their first-ever joint appearance on the evening of Friday, March 1st.
Gary’s dream was to play for the club he supported from boyhood from his days at Tynecastle High. His record of 640 games for the men in maroon may never be equalled.
John hit a club record of 214 League goals and is Hearts' top scorer in Europe with 7 strikes. In addition, he hit 27 competitive goals against Hibs which is unsurpassed in the history of Edinburgh football.
Scott Wilson, a record-holder as our longest-serving stadium announcer, will lead the conversation and will no doubt unearth previously unheard stories from the cream of Hearts legends.
General tickets are priced at £27 and include a pie and a pint.
VIP tickets are now sold out! priced at £51. VIPs will enjoy a private pre-event reception (doors open at 6:30pm) with Gary and John and receive a memento of the evening. We will serve light bowl food and a drink at the reception and offer a pie and a pint at the event itself.
