Emma Brownlie

Emma was the first player to join Hearts Women on a professional full-time contract in the summer of 2022. 

She joined the Jambos with a wealth of SWPL experience under her belt, having become a real fans' favourite over the course of her three years at Rangers.

Emma slotted seamlessly into the defence and scored at Easter Road in the Capital Cup in November 2022, before penning a new contract until the summer of 2025.

Comfortable on the right of a back three or as a wing back, Brownlie has been one of the first names on the team sheet during her time at the club and took over armband duties following the injury to Georgia Hunter. 

Emma led the club out at Hampden as the side competed in their first ever Scottish Cup Final.
