Craig Gordon selected for Scotland Euro 2020 squad

Craig Gordon has been named in the Scotland squad for Euro 2020.

The Hearts No.1 will join Steve Clarke’s side for the tournament finals this summer after a stunning season in maroon.

Craig kept the most clean sheets in the Championship following his return home to Tynecastle and was named in the PFA Scotland Championship Team of the Year, as well as being shortlisted for the PFA Scotland Championship Player of the Year.

He will now represent his country one on of the biggest stages of them all in June.

Scotland warm up for the finals with friendly matches against the Netherlands and Luxembourg on June 2nd and 6th respectively.

They open their Euro 2020 campaign on June 14th at Hampden against Czech Republic. 

They’re back in action four days later when they take on England at Wembley, before rounding off Group D with a Hampden clash against Croatia on June 22nd.
