The Hearts Clubstore and Ticket Office at Tynecastle is now open every Thursday, Friday & Saturday.
We are pleased to now be in a position to once again allow supporters to visit our Clubstore and Ticket Office. Both will initially open three days a week (Thursday – Saturday) from 9am to 5pm.
Social distancing guidelines apply and customers must wear a face covering at all times. Cash payments will be accepted, however, we do encourage contactless or card payments where possible.
Please note that due to necessary safety precautions, queues may be longer than normal. We thank you in advance for your patience and co-operation.

Tynecastle Park has been issued with a 'Good To Go' Covid-19 Industry Standard certificate.
The certificate confirms that the club has followed government and industry COVID-19 guidelines, ensuring processes are in place to maintain cleanliness and aid social/physical distancing.
Click & Collect
A click and collect service at the Hearts Clubstore is now available. This will initially be on an appointment only basis.
How does it work?
Once a purchase has been made online at heartsdirect.co.uk, customers who have opted for the collect option will receive an email within 24 hours with a choice of collection dates/times (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm). A 10-minute collection slot will then be allocated once selected.
What do I need to bring when collecting?
Please bring your order number and a form of ID. You will also be asked to confirm your postcode.
