Gordon and Souttar called up to Scotland squad

The Hearts duo have been called up to Steve Clarke’s national side for their upcoming quadruple header.

Jambos skipper Craig, No.1 for club and country, sits on 66 caps while John has four caps and one goal to his name.

Scotland face Ukraine at Hampden on June 1st in the semi-finals of the World Cup play-offs, with the winner advancing to face Wales in Cardiff on June 5th. A Scotland victory over Ukraine would mean they face playing five games in the space of two weeks.

They then host Armenia on June 8th in a Nations League Group B match, before facing the Republic of Ireland in Dublin three days later in the same competition.

Capping off a busy few weeks is another encounter with Armenia, again in the National League, this time away from home on June 14th.
