FOH members raise £20million in contributions

13 March 2026

Heart of Midlothian Football Club applauds Foundation of Hearts’ members for the truly staggering achievement of raising £20million in contributions.

A momentous milestone, the club’s majority shareholders continue to be the standard-bearers for fan ownership in both Scottish and UK football, and indeed beyond.

As announcements like this prove, the devotion of FoH members to the club has secured a legacy that generations of Hearts supporters can be proud of.

This remarkable figure of £20million comes at a fitting time, with next Saturday’s William Hill Premiership match at home to Dundee designated as Foundation of Hearts Day. Details and a programme of activities will soon be announced, but fans can be sure that a sold out Tynecastle Park, with Derek McInnes’ table-topping Jambos taking to the pitch, will be the perfect arena to celebrate the latest feat of FoH members.

Speaking to the Official Hearts Website, Chief Executive Officer Andrew McKinlay said; “We’re at the stage now where we’re beginning to run out of superlatives to describe our supporters, but this latest announcement is somewhat breathtaking.

“What the fans of this football club are doing, and have done since day one, is nothing short of magnificent. To have raised £20million in contributions is simply sensational.

“Our fan ownership model is the envy of clubs the length and breadth of the country but it wouldn’t be a success without the work ethic and commitment of the Foundation of Hearts. Everyone there deserves enormous credit for reaching £20million, as do our FoH members who continue to provide an unrivalled level of backing.”
