Conor Washington has left Hearts to join Charlton Athletic.
The forward makes a permanent move to the English League One side for an undisclosed fee.
The Northern Ireland striker joined Hearts in June 2019 and made 22 appearances in a maroon shirt.
He scored four goals, including a memorable third in the Jambos’ 3-1 Edinburgh derby win at Easter Road in March.
Speaking to the Official Hearts Website, Conor said: “I just wanted to say a massive thank you to Hearts for the amazing support throughout my time here.
“I’m gutted about last year and disappointed neither I nor the team hit anywhere near the heights expected of us.
“I’ve got full faith in the new manager, and also the squad, that Hearts will be back where they belong very soon.
“It was an honour to play for such a huge club and I’ll never forget playing and scoring in an Edinburgh derby, and the fans in general were incredible even in the circumstances.”
The club wishes Conor and his family the best of luck with the next stage of his career.
