Baur joins Bonnyrigg on loan

17th July 2019

20-year-old defender Daniel Baur has joined Bonnyrigg Rose on loan until January.

The centre-back has made two first-team appearances for the Jambos, both coming during the 17-18 season, with his full debut coming against Kilmarnock at BT Murrayfield.

Centre-back Daniel has six caps for Scotland at under-19 level and spent the first half of 2018 on loan at Albion Rovers in League One, where he made 12 appearances.

Whilst away on loan at New Dundas Park, Danny will still be able to turn out for Andy Kirk's reserve side.

The Rose, currently managed by former Hearts youngster Robbie Horn, were admitted entry into the Lowland League in June after their SFA membership was finally accepted.

Last season, they finished top of the East of Scotland League.

Meanwhile, Kevin Silva has returned from his loan spell at Toronto FC.
