Join the Digital World with HMFC and ACE IT

Heart of Midlothian is delighted to announce a new partnership with ACE IT Scotland as part of its pioneering Innovation Centre. ACE IT will work with Hearts to advance the knowledge and connectivity of older people in Edinburgh. Through coaching and empowerment, the aim is to improve the wellbeing, independence and active involvement of older people as citizens.
Adding ACE IT’s expertise to the range of free digital education provided at Hearts, the Club will host one-to-one digital coaching for older people who need help with devices such as smartphones, laptops and tablets. Past courses include online safety, digital employability and group sessions aiming to introduce people to the digital world, as well as outreach work in Edinburgh care homes.
