Give Blood at Tynecastle

Give Blood Scotland are looking for kind-hearted Jambos to visit their blood donor session in the Gorgie Suite on Monday (26 September).

The session will run from 2pm to 4pm, and then again from 5.30pm to 7.30pm.

Donated blood is vital to helping the NHS in treating patients with medical conditions such as anaemia, cancer blood disorders, and those having surgery. Statistics suggest that each time you give blood - you could save or improve the lives of up to three people. 

There are appointment spaces at Tynecastle available now, so if you'd like to donate blood to someone in need, you can register online at the Give Blood website. (Click here to access their website)
