Off the Bench returns for 5th cohort

Off the Bench is a ground-breaking initiative run in partnership with the SPFL Trust, for young adults aged 16 to 24 who are not in full time education and are currently unemployed.

The course offers opportunities to gain SFA Coaching badges, SQA Employability qualifications and volunteering experience, for those who are looking for a fresh start to build a better path going forward.

The course will run on a Wednesday and Thursday each week, from 9.30am to 3.30pm.
