Versatile Polish defender Rafal Grzelak signs for Hearts, subject to international clearance.
Hearts have made their third summer signing with the addition of Polish defender Rafal Grzelak.
The 28-year-old joins the Jambos after his contract with Polish top flight side Korona Kielce expired.
He’s penned a two-year deal at Tynecastle and will join Ian Cathro’s men for the start of pre-season training, subject to international clearance.
Tough-tackling Rafal made around 60 appearances for Korona Keilce over the past two years in Poland’s Ekstraklasa and helped them to a fifth-place finish in the Championship round of last season’s campaign.
As adept in midfield as at the back, he counts Podbeskidzie Bielsko-Biała as one of his former teams, just like new teammate and countryman Krystian Nowak.
