Arnaud Djoum has been named in the preliminary squad for Cameroon’s upcoming Africa Cup of Nations campaign.
The Jambos midfielder forms part of head coach Clarence Seedorf’s 34-man pool of players, which will be whittled down closer to the tournament.
Arnaud was part of the victorious Indomitable Lions side that won the tournament in Gabon two years ago, with the 30-year-old playing the full 90 minutes when Cameroon beat Egypt 2-1 in the final.
He now has 20 caps to his name after making his international debut back in 2016.
This year’s Africa Cup of Nations tournament takes place in Egypt and runs from June 21st until July 19th.
Cameroon have been drawn in Group F alongside Ghana, Benin and Guinea-Bissau.
