Alim Ozturk is ready to return to action against Dundee United tomorrow as Hearts aim to bounce back from the midweek Scottish Cup defeat.
The Skipper was suspended for Tuesday’s replay at Easter Road and admits it was frustrating to watch on from the sidelines. Speaking to HeartsTV on Friday morning, he said:
“It was tough to watch. They were better than us in the first half, and even though we played better after the break it still wasn’t enough.
“We talked it over as a team on Wednesday morning and we just have to keep going. We will bounce back and the focus is now on the league.
“It’s a big motivation for us to win against Dundee United tomorrow. They are bottom of the league and therefore under pressure to win games so it will be really tough, but we have a point to prove.
“The focus is now on finishing in the top three, we’ll see where we finish in the end, but the goal is top three. If we get there it would be my first experience of the Europa League so I hope we can achieve that.”
