Festive Menus in the Skyline Restaurant
12 November 2022We’re delighted to announce that the festive menus have arrived in the Skyline Restaurant. Christmas is a time of year to spend with friends and family while indulging in decadent food and drink, our new seasonal menus are packed with locally sourced ingredients and festive flavours.
There are no fewer than 11 new dishes to enjoy along with four new festive side options, there's something for everyone! From traditional turkey with all the trimmings to slow cooked short rib served with buttery mash, swiss chard, glazed carrots, and a tart fine.
