We Are Hearts

We have answered some of the most common questions relating to 2021/22 Season Ticket renewals below. If you require additional information or assistance, please contact tickets@homplc.co.uk, call us on 0131 200 7298 OR 0131 200 7297 or visit the Hearts Ticket Office at Tynecastle.

Will I be able to attend games in person this season?

We very much hope that a number of supporters will be able to return to stadiums for the start of the season. As we get more information from the Scottish Government and Football Authorities, we will share this through Club channels. The Club will continue to make all league home games available to Season Ticket Holders through the Season Ticket Streaming Platform.

What happens if there are restrictions on numbers attending games in person?

If Government restrictions remain, we will ensure the maximum number of Season Ticket Holders can attend every game via a ballot.  In accordance with our desire to ensure that our loyal supporters are put first, we will minimise the numbers of non-ST holders attending (such as media, scouts, player guests etc). For the same reason, we will not be selling additional hospitality places for games, thereby ensuring that we can accommodate as many current season ticket holders as possible.

If there are restrictions how will the Club decide which Season Ticket holders get into Tynecastle?

The Club will carry out a ballot of season ticket holders for each game. The ballot will be open to all season ticket holders, via an opt-in application system managed through your online ticketing account.

A ballot will run for each home game with logic applied to ensure each season ticket holder has the chance to attend a match.  The ‘weighted’ ballot system has been created with Ticketmaster such that if you are unsuccessful in the first ballot, you will be more likely to be successful in the second and so on. The objective is to give every season ticket holder the fairest chance to attend matches while restrictions are in place.

Those who are not successful will be able to stream the matches.

I deferred my Season Ticket last year, what do I have to do?

I have an U13 Season Ticket which was automatically rolled over last season. What do I have to do?

Is there a payment plan / finance available?

There is an online payment plan available to supporters at a fixed annual interest rate. A 4 month and 10 month payment plan will be available to supporters via our finance partner, V12 Retail Finance Limited. This is available online only and will assist supporters with spreading the cost of their season ticket over a period of time. The interest costs are a fixed annual rate of interest paid by the supporter.

One adult Season Ticket purchased at a cash price and amount of credit of £450.00 would be repaid by 1 monthly payment of £79.20 (which includes arrangement fee of 7.6% equal to £34.20), followed by 9 monthly payments of £45.00. The rate of interest is 0% per annum; the total amount payable is £479.20 and the total charge for credit is £34.20. Representative 18.61% APR. Subject to status and affordability).

How to purchase

To purchase via the payment plan, once you add your season ticket to your basket and go to checkout, you can choose the instalment plan as your method of payment from the drop down options.

Will I be able to sit in my seat?

If we start the season under COVID restrictions and limited capacity it may not be possible for supporters to sit in their seat, due to social distancing and allowing us to maximise the number of fans able to attend.

Full details can be found in our Terms and Conditions.

What will happen with home Cup games?

Your season ticket is valid for SPFL Premiership League matches only. Cup matches require an additional ticket purchase and we cannot guarantee that your usual seat will be available for home cup matches. In such cases, an alternative seat will be offered to you subject to any capacity restrictions that are in place.

I want to move my Season Ticket seat, is this possible?

We will confirm a moving period once the renewal deadline has passed.

When does the renewal period end?

We will close renewals on Thursday 15th July 2021.

Can I buy a hospitality seasonal membership for next season?

We will not be offering any new Hospitality Tickets or Seasonal Hospitality Memberships at this time.

Why is the Platinum Season Ticket renewal value so low?

The Alternative Value offering relating to Streaming, equated 2 streamed games to 1 game already paid for through the Platinum Season Ticket. This therefore meant a more substantial credit value was carried forward.

What are the age-related categories for Season Tickets?

Adult: 18-64

Over 65: 65+

Under 18: 16-17

Under 16: 13-15

Under 13: 2-12

Please note that Student Season Tickets are available to supporters who are undertaking full time education and a valid matriculation card or similar verification will be required at time of purchase.

1st of August is the cut-off date for renewals of age-related concessions.

What happens if I buy a Your Hearts Pass and we are able to get full capacity back into Tynecastle?

Should you wish to purchase your Season Ticket at any point during the season the ticket office will calculate the pro-rata cost for the remainder of the season. The initial £25 paid will be discounted from your purchase.

What is the 'We Are Hearts Wall'?

Using the names of the season ticket holders from each of our stands we will create graphic installation in each, similar to those we have in the Main Stand, as a thank you for your support during the pandemic when access to the stadium was prohibited.

What is the Season Ticket Holder Bistro and when will it open?

The Executive Lounge at Tynecastle will open Thursday to Sunday (not matchdays) in the summer as an exclusive bistro for Season Ticket holders and their guests.

This will provide a chef prepared casual dining experience at a great price. More information on menus, how to book etc will be shared with season ticket holders in June.

For a more formal dining experience the Skyline Restaurant will, of course, still be available with a 10% discount applied for Season Ticket holders.
