The swap deal involved Angus Beith going in the other direction to Inverness CT.

Dublin-born Jake, capped for Republic of Ireland U21s, spent two years at Nottingham Forest before signing his first professional deal with Queens Park Rangers in 2014.

After loan spells at Dagenham & Redbridge and Stevenage, the winger made the move to Scottish football in 2016, signing for the Caley Jags.

He made 64 appearances for ICT and scored three goals, and helped John Robertson’s side to lift the Irn-Bru Cup, beating Dumbarton 1-0 in the Final.

After a difficult start to life at the club, Jake came to life in the second-half of the 18-19 season becoming one of the key players in the first team. He scored his first goal for the club in May 2019 against Celtic in a 2-1 loss.
