Young Jambos' national success

6th March 2014

Hearts' national quartet do their bit to help Scotland remain unbeaten last night at U19 and U21 levels.

Four Hearts stars helped Scotland remain unbeaten at youth level last night.

Gary Oliver and Sam Nicholson both started in Scotland U19s' 4-2 home win over Switzerland, with Gary nodding Scotland's first goal of the game. He got the national babes back on level terms with a close-range header. Ex-Jambo Adam King also got on the scoresheet.

Jordan McGhee continued his meteoric rise through the national ranks with a starting berth for Scotland U21s against Hungary. Callum Paterson joined his Tynecastle team-mate with a place in the starting XI. Although the Scots took a two goal lead, the visitors pegged them back and grabbed an equaliser with only two minutes remaining at Tannadice.
