Robbie Neilson will welcome his international players back into the fold for tomorrow’s Championship game at Dunfermline after all three returned to the club fit and well.
Craig Gordon won his 55th Scotland cap in the national team’s midweek defeat in Slovakia, while Michael Smith and Liam Boyce combined for the latter to score Northern Ireland’s goal in their 1-1 draw with Romania.
The manager was happy that all three were able to represent their countries and even happier that they’ve come back raring to go for the Jambos’ trip to East End Park on Friday night.
Speaking at his pre-match press conference, Robbie said: “They’re all good. Michael’s in just now getting a rub, Liam’s on the ferry back and Craig is just resting and comes back in with us tomorrow.
"I’m pleased that they’re all fit and well and glad that they got some game time as well. It was good for the boys last night and Liam getting the goal was great. It’s been a good week.
"The main thing for me is that they came back fit, which they have done so I’m pleased from that side of it and we now focus on tomorrow night’s game.
"Everyone is all good. Josh Ginnelly is the only one that’s not quite ready to come back in but we hope to have him either Tuesday or the following Saturday.’
