Robbie Neilson has revealed that injuries to three of his stars aren't as bad as first feared and all could play a part in this weekend's match against Cowdenbeath.
Kevin McHattie was an early casualty in Saturday's draw at Dumbarton, team-mate Sam Nicholson received some brutal treatment throughout the match while Jordan McGhee sat out the final seconds after going over on his ankle.
Despite initial fears that each player could face a spell on the sidelines, scans have shown no serious damage.
Speaking exclusively to Hearts News, head coach Robbie said: "The boys are all okay.
"There was a wee bit of a worry immediately after Saturday's Dumbarton match but they've all been assessed and we're happy with where they're at.
"They'll all be under consideration for this weekend's match."
Meanwhile Callum Paterson and Dale Carrick stepped up their returns from injury by starting last night's Development League match against Rangers.
Though the Wee Jambos were on the wrong side of a 3-0 scoreline, both players came through unscathed and could feature in the first team sooner rather than later.
"I went to watch them and they did well", Robbie said.
"We'll have a think about things and see how they are in training, but they could be close to playing first team football."
