Liam Smith called up to the Scotland U21 squad.
Liam Smith has been selected for Scot Gemmill’s new-look Scotland U21 squad.
The 20-year-old right back, currently on a month’s loan at Raith Rovers, will be part of the squad that for the upcoming European Championship Qualifiers double-header.
The young Scots face Iceland in Reykjavik on 5th October before travelling to Skopje to take on Macedonia on 11th October.
Liam made his U21s debut in the 1-0 defeat to Macedonia at Tynecastle earlier this month.
Hearts’ Jordan McGhee, on loan at Middlesbrough, has also been called up.
