Sam Nicholson has declared himself fit to face Livingston tomorrow after admitting he was lucky to escape serious injury against the Lions last weekend.
The 20-year-old was left dazed and bloodied after a shocking challenge from Jason Talbot on the stroke of half-time at the Energy Assets Arena.
Speaking for the first time about the tackle in an exclusive interview for tomorrow's Matchday Programme, Sam said: "Looking back, I was lucky not to suffer a more serious injury.
"It was a terrible tackle but it's done now and my focus is on my game and not what others do.
"I'm feeling a lot better now and am ready to go again if the manager asks me to."
