In keeping with efforts to look after the health and safety of staff and supporters, the club will close it’s main reception as of 5pm this evening (Friday, 20th March).
No visitors will be permitted to the club’s reception and offices until further notice.
Fans who wish to contact the club can do so via email or the club’s Contact Us form, located here.
Supporters are reminded that the Ticket Office and Clubstore will also close this evening until further notice.
The clubs online retail store – heartsdirect.co.uk – will remain fully operational and all online orders will continue as normal, with deliveries made via Royal Mail.
Customers who have purchased an order using the ‘Click and Collect’ option are asked to email firstname.lastname@example.org and Clubstore staff will arrange for a suitable collection time or, alternatively, they can post orders out to customers.
Supporters who wish to get in touch with the Ticket Office during this time should use the ‘Contact Us’ form on the official club website.
The club would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused and hopes that everyone does their upmost to stay safe and healthy during this difficult time.
