Robbie Neilson is targeting three points against Morton this coming Saturday having watched his side play out a 1-1 draw against Queen of the South on Friday evening.
A late Liam Boyce penalty secured a point for the Jambos after the hosts had taken the lead from the spot in the first half, having been awarded a controversial penalty.
Speaking to Hearts TV after the match in Dumfries, Robbie said:
"I've been down here with Hearts and Dundee United before and it's difficult in the final third, because of the surface you need two or three touches to control the ball.
"I was frustrated with their penalty. I think the player hangs the leg out, initiates contact with our player and goes down and unfortunately it's worked for him.
"Utlimately, it's another point and another step towards winning the title. We've a home game against Morton next and we have to make sure we take three points."
Robbie also provided an update on Armand Gnanduillet who missed out altogether on Friday.
"Armand had a bit of a tight hamstring so we thought it best to rest him and we expect him to be back training ahead of the Morton game.
"We have to be careful with him, he came in at the end of last month having not trained since the start of December so we don't want to overload him."
