Osman Sow has completed his move to Chinese Super League side Henan Jianye.
The Swedish striker’s international clearance has been received, meaning his transfer for an undisclosed fee is now official.
Towering hitman Osman joined the Jambos in July 2014, following a successful trial period in pre-season.
The popular 25-year-old made 52 appearances in a maroon shirt and scored 23 goals, as he helped Hearts run away with last season’s Scottish Championship title in record breaking fashion, and fired Robbie Neilson’s side up to third in this season’s Ladbrokes Premiership table.
Speaking exclusively to Hearts News, Osman was full of praise for everyone connected to Heart of Midlothian.
He said: “I really enjoyed my time at Hearts and I’m proud that I was able to help the club back up to the top of Scottish football.
“I’d like to thank Robbie, Craig and all the coaching staff for giving me the chance to come over and play regular football, and the boys for being great teammates.
“I’d also like to thank the fans who were tremendous with me and never stopped supporting us.
“I wish Hearts all the best and hope the club continues its rise to the top.”
Hearts thanks Osman for his contributions at Tynecastle and wishes him the very best in his career.
