Oliver out on loan

1st September 2014

Gary Oliver joins League One side Stenhousemuir on loan deal until January.

Gary Oliver has gone out on loan to Scottish League One outfit Stenhousemuir until January 5.

The livewire striker - who scored against his new club last week in the 2-1 Scottish League Cup victory at Ochilview - will link up with Scott Booth's side in order to get first-team football.

Gary has made five appearances for the Jambos this season and scored two goals.

Like U20s captain Liam Smith's loan move to East Fife last week, the nature of Gary's deal - a development temporary transfer - means that he can pull double duty for Stenhousemuir and Jack Ross' Hearts U20s side.

Meanwhile, Lee Hollis has left the club following his short-term stint at Tynecastle.

The goalkeeper started two matches for the Jam Tarts after signing as cover when Neil Alexander and Scott Gallacher picked up injuries in the same week. The club thanks Lee for his efforts and wishes him well in the future.
