Kevin Windram brings wealth of corporate finance expertise to Tynecastle Board.

Heart of Midlothian FC today announces the appointment of Kevin Windram as a new non-executive director of the club.

Kevin brings with him a wealth of corporate finance expertise and joins CEO Ann Budge, Deputy Chairman Robert Wilson, Operations Director Eric Hogg, Director of Football Craig Levein and Foundation of Hearts chairman Ian Murray on the board at Tynecastle.

Ann knows the Edinburgh businessman well, with Kevin – a corporate finance partner at accountancy firm Mazars - having worked closely with the Foundation of Hearts as a financial advisor for three years.

Confident Kevin’s experience will be a big asset to the club as the rebuilding process continues, Ann said: “It is particularly pleasing that Kevin is joining us on the Board.

“He provided invaluable expertise and guidance both to me and FoH during the financial due diligence process that preceded the final offer to acquire the club.

“His business background, coupled with his passion as a lifelong supporter of the club, are precisely the qualities that we seek and need on the Board as we move the club forward to the next stage of this remarkable Revival.”

Speaking of his honour at joining the board of directors, Kevin said: “I am delighted to have been asked to join the Heart of Midlothian board at such an exciting stage in the club’s development.

“Having been a Hearts supporter for over 30 years, I am keen to play a part in helping the club to a stable and sustainable future.”
